New SecurityScan Award & Media Recognition

Recent coverage by top industry media outlets focused on the positive impact SecurityScan can have on service companies and facilities alike. Security Sales & Integration announced in December 2020 that ScanSeries, and more specifically SecurityScan and FireScan, had been selected as one of the “Top 30 Technology Innovations for 2020.”

SSI contributor, Bob Dolphe, is a Security Sales & Integration “Tech Talk” columnist and a contributing technical writer who included BuildingReports among his top solutions for security service providers. “I am shocked in this day and age that more than 80% of service companies still use paper for account reports,” writes Dolphe. “My only comment is WHY?!” Read the full article and BuildingReports coverage here.

Facility Executive magazine’s coverage also focused on SecurityScan and recent updates to SafetyScan for reporting on disinfection efforts related to COVID-19 and beyond. In their annual Products for 2021 edition, Editor-in-Chief Anne Cosgrove conducted a phone interview with BuildingReports’ own Dwight Wills, Vice President of Sales & Marketing. The article also covers SecurityScan and how facilities with access to detailed security device reporting can more efficiently and effectively address the NDAA ban on specific IP surveillance and telecommunications equipment (download the BuildingReports Security Brief to learn more). Read the article and listen to the Q&A audio interview with Dwight at the end of the article here.

And finally, BuildingReports’ ScanSeries is featured by Endeavor Business Media during the Advanced Technology Product Demo Days event (registration required). According to Endeavor Media, “Product Demo Days is an online event from Endeavor Business Media that aggregates the latest product and solution demo videos into one place.” Subscribers to publications such as Military & Aerospace Electronics, Security Business, SecurityInfoWatch.com, Security Technology Executive and Vision Systems Design had the opportunity to download thought leadership content and view a recorded demo of SecurityScan among other leading solutions as part of their 2021 planning effort.
